Product returns:
Return and Exchange Period

30-Day Return Window: You can return or exchange products purchased from Honeyaum within 30 days of the purchase date. Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging, if applicable.
Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.
To return any items that are damaged or expired or not as per your original order, Please return these products to the delivery person along with a remark on the delivery challan. Please contact customer service by email sales.honeyaum@gmail.com. Mention the reason of return, name of the products along with the order number , and the date of delivery.
All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition.
Postage and charges for return of these will not be refunded.
Please note that in any case we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products.
Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned product and confirm that it meets the return criteria, your refund will be processed.

Refunds typically take 7 to 15 days to reflect in your account after the product has been received and inspected. The exact time might vary depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
Note: Items returned with signs of wear or damage that may have occurred while in possession of the customer will be subjected to a restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund.

Dispatch:
Due to courier timelines, all orders received before 2 p.m will be processed on the same day. Orders received after 2 . p.m. will be processed on the next business day. Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
