Order Processing and Shipping Time

Order Processing: Once your order is placed on Honeyaum, it typically takes 1-2 business days to process and prepare your items for shipment.

Shipping Time: After processing, standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for domestic deliveries. Please note that these timelines might vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or postal service delays.
Our commitment extends to offering a fair and transparent policy on cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Purchases are shipped from our own or third party warehouses/ stores or offices from various points in India. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 5-7 days from receipt of the order and payment. Order deliveries will be made usually between 10 am – 5 pm Monday –Saturday.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
Since the transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
The delivery will NOT be redirected/redelivered to any other address in any circumstance. The selected product will be delivered only in the city it is mentioned as “available” on this Site. Honeyaum shall not be held responsible for damage of products after delivery.
Honeyaum will contact the customer on the first time & confirm the date, time & address of delivery. If the delivery fails due to following reasons, Honeyaum will contact the customer second time to deliver goods & levy delivery charges for the second attempt. In case the customer refuses to pay the second time delivery charges, Honeyaum will refund the entire order money to the Customer.
Only Natural will consider the order delivery “failed” in the following cases:

Delivery not done due to wrong address.

Recipient not available.

Premises locked.
In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, we will inform you about the same.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also the said shortage of goods needs be highlighted and signed on the delivery challan copy and returned to the delivery person.
Delivery Charges:
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
Shipping Costs

Domestic Orders: For orders within India, a variable shipping fee of 30/- to 40/- applies. However, orders over 699/- qualify for free shipping.

International Orders: Shipping fees for international orders vary based on the destination. The exact amount will be provided at the checkout.

Dispatch:
Due to courier timelines, all orders received before 2 p.m will be processed on the same day. Orders received after 2 . p.m. will be processed on the next business day. Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
